Gill Searl

After initially mapping then co-ordinating ESOL (English for Speaker of Other Languages) for the refugee resettlement programme since 2017, Gill was involved in a range of ESOL strategy and policy projects.  She now manages the Employability for Overseas Nationals (EON) project as well as being involved in the Home - MigRefHealth research project with Anglia Ruskin University.
