Course outline

  • Part 1: (9:30-11:00) Introduction to ‘no recourse to public funds’ (NRPF)
  • Part 2: (11:30-13:00) Assessing need and providing support under section 17 of the Children Act 1989
  • Part 3: 14:00-15:30) Human Rights Assessments, exit pathways and case resolution.

This is an interactive course and includes case studies.
