A valid UK driving licence is essential for many refugee and international workers in the UK, especially in the East of England with its remote and rural landscape as well as intermittent public transport. This can make doing some jobs very difficult including in the social care sector, which often involves travelling to people’s homes or various places.
There is a shortage of skilled social care workers in the East of England so EELGA are pleased to offer this two-part webinar to help you practise for your driving theory test so that you can advance your career.
This interactive webinar will take place over two half-days. Attendance at both days is essential. The course will cover practical advice on tackling the driving theory test, study skills, vocabulary and some driving theory. The trainers are experts in training for driving theory and English skills.
Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. After registration you will receive an enrolment form. People living in the east of England working in or with a demonstrable interest in entering the social care sector will be prioritised.
